    Investing in Success.......through Partnerships

RL-UK works in partnership......to enhance learning.....that leads to service improvement and workplace transformation.

RL-UK works collaboratively with all its clients and supports its members. We create multiple types of value for individuals, teams and organisations by:

    ·   connecting local pockets of innovation

    ·   addressing issues which cross team boundaries

    ·   enabling its clients to stay up to date

    ·   developing tangible outcomes by improving skills and knowledge management

    ·   enhancing intangible outcomes such as trusting relationships, a sense of belonging, a spirit of enquiry, professional confidence and identity

    By partnership working we mean...

    ·   Collaboration between individuals

    ·   Within groups

    ·   Between teams

    ·   Across organisations

    ·   In UK and Overseas
