    PODs - What it means

    PODs is a modern, culturally-sensitive, fully validated capacity building and improvement process. PODs is a process where values are put into practice. PODs stands for Personal and Organisational Development support. More specifically;

    P ... Personal

    It supports individuals to be the best they can, by enabling them to learn through reflection on their practice.

    O ... Organisational

    It constructively aligns personal values with those of the organisation in an energising and affirmative way.

    D ... Development

    It uncovers what is positive and successful in current practices and co-creates a future where individuals, work groups and whole organisations play to their strengths.

    s ... support

    The process is a supported one by RL-UK staff and based upon the positive questioning of existing practices and policy, positive conversations and creative action.
