    Wellbeing matters. It affects how we feel, what we think and do. An organisation that actively promotes worker wellbeing, increases people’s performance and productivity. Wellbeing helps you be more resilient, able to cope and more innovative. It makes good sense to build better workplaces where wellbeing matters. Appreciative reflection is a crucial part of developing a sense of wellbeing.

    Reflective Learning-UK has co-designed (with people from public and private sector organisations) a new fully-validated, on-line, wellbeing questionnaire that links PLEASURE with PURPOSE and PERFORMANCE.

    • Pleasure - feeling good about what you do
    • Purpose -  engaging in something worthwhile
    • Performance - achieving your goals and doing well

    The on-line, wellbeing questionnaire

    http://www.wellbeingquestionnaire.org can be used;

    • For individuals,
    • For work teams/groups/squads
    • For whole organisations

    The on-line, wellbeing questionnaire enables you to;

    • Measure and enhance wellbeing
    • Make evidence-informed decisions
    • Facilitate positive change

    The on-line, wellbeing questionnaire provides fast, focused feedback for 10 inter-related wellbeing METRICS, arranged in 3 clusters;

    • Connecting – relationships with others
    • Engaging – in your work role
    • Achieving – something worthwhile

    Results are e-mailed in a short written and an easily understood graphical PORTRAIT format which shows;

    • The general – overall wellbeing portrait for teams/groups/squads and whole organisation/s.
    • The particular – where there is agreement and a difference of view for each of the 10 metrics.

    Suggestions are made in the REPORT to take action for positive change. If completed periodically, the on-line wellbeing questionnaire provides valuable benchmarking data.

    Reflective Learning-UK can provide world class facilitation to individuals, groups and organisations to help you make wellbeing a pro-active strategic decision and critical performance driver.
