    Reflective Learning-Uganda establishes its presence

    Reflective Learning-Uganda (RL-UG) is dedicated to supporting development processes that improve the quality of people's lives and which produce positive social change.

    It aims to develop healthy, strong and resilient people and communities. To do this, RL-UG works in close partnership with Reflective Learning-UK, the global leader in the field. RL-UG places its emphasis on individual and collective learning as the engine for such change. Learning that leads to courageous civil spirit, innovative thinking and ethical civil action.

     


     

    RL-UG works to co-create and co-sustain learning relationships between individuals and organizations, and within particular families and communities, that enhance resilience and well-being and the authentic engagement in improvement processes.

    the different kinds of reflective practice and
    the purposes they serve,

    reflection and the generation of knowledge in particular professions,

    the way reflection is taught and learned most meaningfully,

    the links between reflection and the quality of workplace action.
