The mission of RL-NG is to support West African people, work groups, organisations and communities to sustain success and fulfilment in their work and livelihoods.

    Dr. Funmi Amobi, Director, RL-NG

    RL-NG (Reflective Learning -
Nigeria) is stepping forward to make a real difference in Nigeria and West Africa. RL-NG is dedicated to improving personal and organisational performance through R-Learning (reflective learning). Launched in 2008, RL-NG aims to be the leader in the field, as a proactive, educational enterprise committed to serving Nigeria and West Africa’s professional workforce.

RL-NG is linked with RL-UK (www.reflectivepractices.co.uk), the proven global leader in the field of R-Learning. RL-NG uses an ‘appreciative approach’ when supporting staff to work in new, different and creative ways. We work on the assumption that every individual, team and service has something that works well. RL-NG uses strengths as a starting point for creating positive change. We start with what is already going well, identify the root causes of success and then plan a strengths-based approach to personal and organisational development.
